Seriously though if you don’t trust your doctor will do a good job then why are you letting them do surgery? Find someone you trust and ask them any unanswered questions you may have because uncertainty just increases your anxiety and causes you to make rash decisions like canceling surgery the day before. Watch something funny- Sometimes knowing that you need surgery can make you feel depressed and not in a good mood especially if you have never gone through this before! I love putting on my favorite comedy the night before surgery because although it may not fix things it puts my focus on something else other than how miserable I am going to feel the next day!
